Primary Responsibilities / Position Purpose:

• Design, Implement, Test IP Services.
• Services will include Lawful (Legal) Intercept and may include some traditional telephony services like VPN, NTS(800), AIN, or IP Services associated with SIP or H.323.
• Development is primarily in Java with some C++. Execution environment is on Sun Solaris (Unix).

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Java, C++, Protel II, or some significant other OO language.
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
• Development Experience in realtime software.

Skills and Performance Dimensions / Education:

• Analysis skills.
• Oral and Written communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in Realtime Software development.
• Relationship Building and Interpersonal Skills.
• Java, C++, Protel II, or some significant other OO language.
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
• Development Experience in realtime software.
